About Us

My name is Cecilia (aka Chelie) and I am the founder of Cessy Charm Cosmetics. I'm a mother of 3 beautiful children , 1 girl and 2 boys. I'm also a healthcare worker, working as a Registered Nurse II at Medical Surgical Unit/Intermediate Care Unit in the Trauma Center Hospital. After college I had the privilege to work in a multinational pharmaceutical company wherein part of the training was personality development and that includes how to beautify yourself by wearing makeup. That was the year I was on my 20's. And it feels so good if you look beautiful. I developed confidence and boost my self esteem and ready to face the adversity at work. I carries this learning experience as I go on and on in the years of my lifetime.

My life is not all bed of roses trials comes and sometimes it can be too heavy to carry on but every single day whenever I face the mirror while applying makeup beautifying myself, I found myself whispering "God, I'm beautiful". And that makes me alright and able to conquer the battle. So, to every girls, ladies and woman out there, I want to share to you why I love makeup. I created Cessy Charm Cosmetics because makeup helps me, makes me feel good, beautiful and confident and I want you to feel the same way too.
